Why am I mentioning this with Modern Horizons III

Ive said before that Goad is a uniquely Casual problem, and its a problem here in so much as it takes away one of the biggest parts of magic: combat involving meaningful decision making

New sets are released for MTG about once every 2-3 months, and the number of cards is now enormous, so if a beginner tries to open packs and collect cards from scratch, it will take a huge amount of time and money

It's not that Kaalia decks are annoying to play against (there are plenty of commanders that cheat out creatures), but this card is such an "all or nothing" commander that turns most games into a three-person game if Kaalia is shut down
